Lost on how model cost are calculated

I compared two models, with expected usage taken from Tier 1 in model prices page, and the Cost rating from setup page.
GLM 5.1 (Direct) 286 Cost: HIGH
Gemini-2.5-flash 1125 Cost: VERY HIGH

I thought that the number meant how much you could talk (write/get reply), hence a large number mean you get more for your money, your credits last longer, hence a cheeper model.
However, that's the oposite of what the Cost rating show. So, I'm lost here, I need a better explanaiton to understand!

ElectricFrog LLM's costs have increased so much over the last months, that my general indicator: "medium", "high", "very high" is completely obsolete. I need to rework it. Will try to do it for the upcoming update.
