Unable to connect the Coyote V3 with bluetooth after logging in

Hey im new to this and i got past the setup for the local ai stuff, but now if im logged in with my account it doesnt let me connect with bluetooth anymore and my coyote doesnt got recognised by Intiface. Does anyone know how to fix this or give me a guide?

Just checked, still works fine for me.
Btw why would you want to use Intiface? You can connect directly from Eudaimonia. Could it be that the problem is that you have already paired your coyote from Intiface, or elsewhere? Maybe try a clean restart?

Hey,

Please make sure that you've completely disconnected your Coyote 3 from the DG-Lab app.
Could you also please provide some additional information:

Do you see an error message when you try to connect your Coyote 3? If so, what is the message?
Do you use the Multi-Device settings or the Legacy Coyote 3?

It's also not possible to use bluetooth on IOS devices.

So if i log in the normal button of the top right changes and needs to be connected to intiface, but the coyote 3 cant be connected to intiface at all so i cant even connect it anymore.
If i log out i can connect the coyote via bluetooth but then i cant acces my character from the local image gen

with the new update you have to pull down the two channel knob for about 3 sec just after power up the coyote it will flash multiple collor and it will detected by your computer ! i have this issue while upgrading few weekd ago.

This means that your default device is Intiface, you need to change it in the settings to either: Multi-Device (see the screen below to create the relevant areas). Or use "CoyoteV3".
If you're using EstimAI, I recommend the Multi-device.

But first, please check if you're on the e-stim portal and not on the sextoys portal. Check the footer:

My Coyote also won't connect to Windows anymore following the Coyote update.
I think the issue is that the Coyote doesn't identify itself by name when connecting via Bluetooth.
If I have Windows search for Bluetooth devices with the "show all" option checked, it appears as an "unknown device."
But when I select "pair," it identifies itself by name.
I suspect that if Eudaimonia scans for all devices, it will show up as "unknown" as well.
However, the real issue lies with DG-Lab; I’ll send them an email about it.

Your diagnosis matches how the app scans: it uses Web Bluetooth with a name-prefix filter ("47L..."), so if the new firmware no longer puts the name in its advertising packets, the Chrome device picker will never list it. Two things would help me confirm:

What name does Windows show for it once it's paired? (still "47L1..." or something new?)

On my side I will think about listing all devices, even "unknown device". I'll look at it as soon as possible.

Electropaul Hey, I did a lot of testing tonight, here's what I found.

I updated the firmware and connected to Eudaimonia with no problem, so this isn't caused by the firmware update itself.
Then I tried to pair the Coyote directly in Windows. From that point on, the device no longer showed up in Eudaimonia at all.

Scanning for Bluetooth devices, I found it again, but nameless (which is why Eudaimonia can't find it anymore). I tried lots of things, and the only one that worked was what ElectroLover posted above:

After that, the device showed up in Eudaimonia again.

So, to sum up:

Right after powering on the Coyote, pull both channel knobs down for about 3 seconds until it flashes multiple colours. It then advertises its name again and Eudaimonia finds it as usual. You'll need to redo this after a full page reload. You can do it while your browser is searching for devices.
The next update adds a "Show all Bluetooth devices" button next to the Bluetooth one. The Coyote then shows up as "Unknown device (xx:xx:xx:...)". To find the right one, pick the entry with the strongest signal, and try another one if it fails.
NEVER pair the Coyote in Windows Bluetooth settings. Web Bluetooth doesn't need it, and that's what put the device in this state.

I have no idea how to restore it to its previous state. If anyone finds a way to "unbind" it in the DG-LAB app, please share.

KairosJS It's simply not possible. It's the intended behaviour with the last firmware update, among other reasons it's to prevent strangers from connecting to the device and harming the wearer (the person wearing the electrodes).
But I see many messages in many forums about people not being able to connect, thinking it's a bug. I don't know how DG-LAB could have notified people other than what they've already done (a big popup notification after the app update, a -I think- unskippable tutorial, seriously guys how did you miss it?

Sorry for the late reply.
I later discovered that regarding the two-channel buttons—where it identifies itself as 47L121000 so you can then pair.

I also experienced issues with unpairing.
The page would freeze for about 30 seconds before the 'OK' button became responsive again.
The culprit turned out to be an AD Blocker installed as a Chrome extension; disabling it solved the problem.

I ran a few more tests with the Coyote V3 Craft Stim.
The following buttons do not work in EstimAI Mode Stims (when using the Play button at the top left):
Pain_Shocks, Pain_Stutter, Pain_Slow_Ramp, Edging_Puls, Teasing_Puls, Light_Puls, Light_Sutter, Tickles.

The following buttons do work in EstimAI Mode Stims (when using the Play button at the top left):
Teasing_Puls, Teasing_Continuous, Edging_Continuous, Edging_Wave.

In EstimAI Test mode, all modes work correctly.

Electropaul Thanks for the detailed report! The Coyote 3 Estim Craft page has been reworked and will be available in the upcoming update, so hopefully your issues will be fixed there.

I'll also check whether there are other issues with the EstimAI stims elsewhere.
